Relaxer Process: Step 3
This is the final step to my "Relaxer Process", it is typical for me to keep my hair straight for more than a week after I relaxed because I know once I wash it I won't be flat ironing it for a while.
Because my hair was not fully flat ironed I did not have any qualms washing my hair sooner than I usually would (2weeks). So Wednesday, I proceeded to Wash and put my last type of protein.

Hair Regimen 101
Hair Regimen Basics
Here is a list of the basic essentials of a good regimen, the types of products and frequency of use will vary based on your hair type (natural, relaxed, coloured e.t.c.). I find this list can help some of us that tend to over indulge when we start something new. By following this guide you can prevent yourself from becoming a product junkie, I mean notice how it says 1 right? Yes in the beginning I suggest you acquire 1 of each product until you find it is not working for you or till you can calmly make a pocket-wise decision to buy more. Also if something works for you keep it and remember the 80-20 rule (you know the one that says "if it aint broke, don't fix it"), That being said you can be a bit adventurous ever so often, anyhoo here is the list.....
