Prelude to a How-To Style Post

I experiment with my hairstyles a lot, from what products give me the best outcome to different ways to get my hair wavy, straight e.t.c.

My go-to style however is the easiest to do, it is a twist out flexi-rod set. It is extremely simple to do because I section my hair into only 2 parts and it can be done on wet or dry hair.

It keeps my hair away from the flat iron and heat damage because I can just air-dry and still achieve great results.
So I will be uploading a video tutorial showing the steps I follow and the products I use.

Is this thing on..........

So my blog has been in existence since Feb 19th 2011, when the original plan was to blog my "Hair Journey" but for many reasons I didn't follow through.

I now stand before everyone "several"days later to follow through and share with you all that I have learnt about taking care of my hair, what works and what doesn't......

Day 1

OMG! So after a year without getting my hair relaxed I finally got it done yesterday with a Lye relaxer (which is supposed to be less damaging on the hair but a little more brutal on the scalp). I am now in the process of building a regimen that will allow me to retain length while my hair grows....................


Just getting the hang of this, after years of weaving my hair in Q.C. and my brief stints doing my own hair, I think I might be able to pull it off.........

Well first blog and all for now the only thing I have done today for my hair was wrap it, drink loads of water and research what products I will be using for my hair.... So wish me luck
